[GeoJSON] GeoJSON and JSON-LD

Thijs,

How does the following sound for a plan?

1. Publish a simple vocabulary, nothing more than URIs identifying the
GeoJSON terms and a paragraph describing each all in one document. Using
hash URIs as shown in http://geojson.org/vocab.
2. Publish a default context for GeoJSON using that vocabulary.
3. Begin publishing GeoJSON with JSON-LD contexts and start showing people
how to take advantage of it.

I bet we could get this done by July 1.
