[GeoJSON] A question about the current spec

I will enthusiastically +1 the idea of taking that spec down, or at least
putting a large, clear banner on it that it's not an official document or
an accepted spec. I've had multiple folks try to use the proposed features
with existing tools and end up very confused as to why their circles and
ellipses weren't displaying.
