Ok, consensus :).  Done.  Old repos, new name: https://github.com/geojson

For anybody with a clone of the `draft-geojson`, `geojson-spec` or
`geojsonwg.github.io` repositories, you'll have to update the URL for
your remote that points to GitHub.

E.g.

    git remote set-url origin https://github.com/geojson/geojson.github.io.git

After we have this content up at http://geojson.org, we can work to
consolidate things a bit.  There should be one source for the spec.
That can be the website repo itself or a separate repo.  In the case
of the separate repo, we'd have a simple build step for the website.
Either works for me and can be discussed separately.
