[GeoJSON] users list needs help.

More links!

Here's the spec rendered from Markdown:
http://geojsonwg.github.io/geojson-spec.html

This is set up so all old links should still work if we point geojson.orghere.

Are others in favor of going this direction (whole site as Organization
Pages on GitHub, comments about style notwithstanding)?
