[GeoJSON] users list needs help.

I'm happy to help.  A simple Jekyll based site should work.

Does anybody know Jason Roebuck (http://www.roebuckgis.com/)?  I was
wondering if we could persuade him to let us use the geojson organization
on GitHub.
