[Geojson] JSON Schemas for GeoJSON

Hello,

A post by one person on the JSON Schema Google group was asking
whether a JSON Schema existed for GeoJSON.

The answer was no. It is now a yes. Not all constraints could be
expressed, however, but you can see the results here:

https://github.com/fge/json-schema-validator-demo/tree/master/src/main/resources/geojson

These schemas validate all examples I could find so far successfully.
