[Geojson] new to geojson (network question)

Hello everyone, I am a new to geojson. I am currently using java geotools
and need to send a "FeatureCollection" over the network.

The problem is that I need to convert the FeatureCollection to a geojson
format (if I correctly understood).

Can someone help me in that please? And should I use it with
ObjectOutputStream and ObjectInputStream?
