[Geojson] Finishing the edits

My edits, based on the HTML version:

1. the example in 1.1 and the first example of 4 use a different [ ]  
style for Polygon than does the example in Appendix A. I prefer  
Appendix A, it causes a lot less head scratching for me.

2. in section 1.2, the correct RFC is 2119 and the correct link is http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2119.txt

3. In 3.1 it says "A CRS object may indicate a coordinate reference  
system by name." I would like to insert "The value of its "type"  
member must be the string "name"."

4. Similarly to #3, in 3.2 insert "The value of its "type" member must  
be the string "link"."

#3 and #4 are pedantic, I know, but otherwise it's possible to wonder  
for a while why it says "name" and is that a place-holder for something.
