[Geojson] boundedBy?

I like it as well - GeoRSS supports this too for including the bounds
of an entire feed.

And I also like that it is a documented, non-spec. and then later
potentially incorporating if it becomes widely used/supported. yay for
providing mechanisms for forward progress!
