[GeoJSON] GeoJson in OWS Testbed 5?

In a few weeks, the requirements for Open Web Services (OWS) Testbed 5 
will be written.
It would be good to have GeoJson included as a line item to be addressed 
- even better if it was sponsored.

Does anyone know if GeoJson has been put on the agenda?
Of if someone has plans to push GeoJson through the OGC standards process.

(I mentioned JSON as a technology we should be investigating in my 
report at the end of last year's testbed.)
