[GeoJSON] Wiki copyright

MediaWiki supports overall licensing in the Admin/setup of the Wiki.
You can usually just select CC variants, Gnu Free Document License,
Other, or None. It appears "None" was selected in this case.

It then puts an icon, notice, and link in the footer of all Wiki Pages.
